Beyond the numbers
Established in 2019, KU Property was founded by Paul Ku, who recognised a growing need for genuinely attentive and higher-quality property management within the Brisbane and Gold Coast residential markets. KU Property was built on the philosophy that care, communication and consistency should guide every stage of the property journey.
Today, Paul and his team of efficient and dedicated property managers and sales agents continue to uphold this standard. With a multilingual team (Chinese, Korean and English), every property benefits from strong exposure across multiple markets.
