TENANT SCREENING & SELECTION
Years of rental experience has given Paul and the Ku Property team a strong understanding of tenants who will best suite any home. Preferred applicants will be sent to home owners for review. Current employment, rental history, affordability and more are all included in our comprehensive search and selection.
ROUTINE & EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE
Routine inspections are conducted quarterly and reports easily accessible by owners. We have a reliable database of cost-effectively and timely contractors but are flexible to work with our home owners and their preferred contractor regarding any maintenance issues that may arise.
HANDLING & COLLECTION OF RENT
We have systems in place to ensure all tenants pay rent on time. We see this as an important factor when screening potential tenants for our home owners and take arrears seriously with zero tolerance for rent breaches.
TENANCY RENEWALS & TERMINATIONS
At Ku Property, we provide a seamless and hassle free tenancy renewal process completed in a prompt manner to reduce the stress on our home owners. Negotiations are done to ensure the property remains at market price and educated recommendations will be provided if changes need to be made.
